Yifang Taiwan Fruit Tea - Tigard

My drink had all the sugar at the bottom not even mixed in. The guy who took my order wouldn't speak up at all and was extremely rude. I said that I wanted whole milk as the default they told me I had to choose soy or oat milk but I could clearly see that they had whole milk. I work at a boba shop and I understand to a point but dam.

All sugar is a little too sweet, so half sugar is just right. I like to drink Lugu Oolong tea very much. It is mellow and rich in texture.?

Their fruit tea drink was deathly sweet, even though I ordered 30% sweet. I feel like it was 90% syrup, only 10% tea.

Almost there entire menu was unavailable and it's been this way for a while now. They also were closed for around an hour at 5pm? Three of the coworkers just sitting on the counter and chatting... No one seems to be managing the place and not maintaining their standards.

I don't know what happened to this place. All their fruit teas were sold out. There was nothing that didn't have any caffeine. The guy said he couldn't make my drink with boba on the side. It's a mess! There's also a guy making boba with a tank top on and you can see his hairy armpits
