Ratstübli Bistro Bar - Thun

I visited this place for a breakfast with 6 friends and we had a terrible experience. The owners made us pay the bill twice. When asked for a refund, despite the owner saw the two payments, refused to give back the 27.50-. For the owner, I think that losing clients for 27.50-. That don't belong to you is really a bad way to manage a business.

First pub of the day, in the centre of the towns square, the Bistro bar. Nice frontage, in keeping with the traditional style of the city. As it was morning, few customers, ordered a beer I tried before and enjoyed in Thun, a Valaisanne Biere de Cave which was a Zwickel beer (typically a cloudy beer), but which I didn’t particularly like this time. Service was friendly and the bar looked decent inside. Was nice to rest my legs after going up and down the castle in the morning. Decent place.

This is a typical bar with dart games and outdoor seating. the owner is very nice, friendly and courteous. to be crisp, you can order flammable cake and toast, which taste very good. also everything quite fair. I can recommend this bar with good sense.

We were on a Saturday afternoon in the Ratsstübli. as it rained shortly before, the attentive service wiped the tables and chairs dry. we chose a coffee and a grappa. we were able to pick the grappa on the map and it was served with an elaborate frame on the table. we're coming back.
