Islands Newbury Park - Thousand Oaks

Never eating there again. the server never offered water or refills on our drinks The North Shore tacos were hideous. The chicken was sitting around way too long thrashed my stomach. Its not my 1st bad experience there but now it's my last.

This Islands has been a staple go to for years. But tonight it was nothing but lackluster. Little to no service, had to ask other servers for help multiple times, and the baja chx tacos i ordered were cold and soggy in its own juice. Tortillas soggy and not even toasted. Even the sharable fries over cooked. Other in party asked for a side salad and was charged for a full one “on the side” 80+ for 3 for this? I won’t be going back for a long time.

I Absolutely Love Eating At Islands! The Atmosphere, Staff, And Food are always all incredible!!!!

Food was awesome, service was great ! Had the burger and sweet potato fries ? delicious!!

We had a blast at this restaurant and our server was so kind! We sat in a large booth.
