Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Thornton

I visited during a busy dinner rush, and despite the crowd, the staff was impressive. A friendly Black gentleman at the counter promptly assisted me. The manager on duty was actively managing the situation, ensuring that everything ran smoothly and that no one felt overwhelmed. I really appreciated their efforts, especially since dealing with difficult customers can be challenging. Overall, they did a fantastic job. The food was excellent as well!

After searching all over town for a cake, we finally found one! The customer service from the manager was outstanding, and the staff was incredibly friendly as well!

The restaurant is clearly understaffed, and it's unfair to expect so much from the young workers who are trying their best. I witnessed a lady being extremely rude to one of the employees for taking too long, despite the fact that there were only two staff members on duty. It seems that no one is showing appreciation or tipping the crew. I would rate the customers with just one star, but I would give the crew members five stars for their hard work.

This is honestly the best Dairy Queen I’ve ever visited. The staff working on May 12, 2022, at 6 PM deserve a significant raise. The food was great, but the customer service was even better!

Mmmmm... it's always a pleasure! I've never been disappointed at this restaurant.
