I couldn't experience anything; the reason to order online apparently for a specific date and time in the future is too complicated that they believe that 30 minutes of my time (life that I never get back) and some pre-authorized credit fees by lifting my online order for delivery. Yes. The only restaurant in my life that will not cancel your order for any reason; all the others I have ordered, appreciate my business and supply the food if I needed or just contact me if they are made of ingredients.

This was our visit to Rigatoni and her Caesar salad. You don't have a Caesar salad anymore! Which Italian place does it not offer? The Rigatoni has also changed. Always need spicing added when we get it now. We tried other places and I'm not sure we're going back here. The prices are also crazy. $22 for pasta!

My girlfriend and I went to dinner tonight 27. Okt, we sat Becuase no one sitting, I had to order at the front because no one came to take our order, we ordered a pizza not too bad and a beef Ragu Pasta, after approx. 30 min, the pizza came out, we almost finished the pizza when I asked about the pasta, the boss told me a few minutes. Definitely not a happy, returning customer.

I feel sorry for those that had a bad experience here but both times when we’ve been there the service were good. Although I’m always confused about how much I should top when I come here as it is not a “full table service” and often the seats are not always ideal. You either sit right at the entrance where all the take out customers are standing around, or at the inside table that has super bright sunset in the summer or super cold in the winter. Anyways, the food stil amazing. Fresh and well made. Even though it’s a fast in and out restaurant they really do put in effort in making their food good. The menu is small to ensure the quality. My kids love this place. Their food is very kids friendly, even my younger one ate the fungi pizza! My go to place when we r out of options.

It used to be impressive Italian pasta and pizza. It was very presently surprising quality given the location and the food was comparable to some of the decent restaurants in downtown Toronto. I came periodically for the treat. Visited again April 2018. It seems it is now operated by different owner. The food is no longer the same as before.
