I like to get a coffee on the terrace in the early summer. It's cool, it's very quiet with a beautiful view of the valley, the monks come pick up the crumbs and everyone says hello.
A pretty terrace in the shade, with a view of the little rope, generous dishes of local products, a warm welcome, that spend a good meal, simply, with friends as we do every year thank you!
