The staff here restores my faith in people. Warm, friendly, attentive...you just don't expect that type of service at many restaurants these days, and definitely not in a fast food joint. What a pleasant experience. And, the food is prepared to look and taste perfect. While we ate several members of the staff were constantly on the lookout to clean tables, the drink station, counters. They are doing things right here and I want the entire JCI team to know we noticed and appreciate the effort.

We just visited here. Decided to stop as the big red sign caught my attention. Oh my am I glad we did. The service was so pleasant and a breath of fresh air! Veronica, thank you so much for being patient with us and helping us with our order! Superb customer service! The food is perfectly packaged and stayed hot for the ride home. Delicious to the taste and thanks so much for the crispy fries!!

I ordered two James Street Coneys. I order with extra chili because there is never enough chili on the hot dogs.My order was delivered. I am pretty sure that they put extra cheese instead of the extra chili I asked for, which really messed up the food quality.Also, I ordered a diet Coke. They gave me diet Dr. Pepper. Lastly, there were no napkins to help me to handle all of this extra cheese.Please do better, JCI. I really like your food and don't want to have to stop ordering from you due to incorrect food preparation. Thanks.
