Awesome service! Just what I ordered. Super accommodating staff. I initially ordered for a late afternoon pickup, but ended up needing it earlier and they had no problem getting having it ready for me sooner. I will definitely order from here again!
Twenty plus years and this particular location has never let me down. It will always be my go to for The Great American Cookie Cake. The new owner Ms Christina is an added delight and we cannot wait for her to expand. Thank you for helping us create those memories that last a lifetime
I have had nothing but excellent service when I order from the Woodland’s Mall #1 location. Taylor does an awesome job! Christina, the new owner, takes the time to ask how your experience iwas and what they can do to make it better! Great customer service! I will continue to use them for all my birthdays and special occasions.
Cookies were hard stale and gross. I love these cookies and know how they are supposed to taste. Not to mention found a hair in one of my cookies while eating one. So after eating 2 of the 13 I threw them away disgusted. APRIL 15TH. ALL IS FIXED. THE OWNER WAS VERY NICE AND UNDERSTANDING THE TEAM IN THE OTHER LOCATION HELPED OUT SOO MUCH.
