I was the only one in the line. Waited 25 minutes for a fluffing breakfast sandwich and frap. I ordered the ice cream coffee (that was in the morning), and they were outside... How does bk remain in business? Every place I have been to has fudged my order, do not have the product or take an extremely long time to make my fast food.
Half the order is wrong and 100 percent of the time is cold. No lie. I loved BK for so long and now it's like nobody cares about her work there. They're good to be far under par. Disappointed, least to say.
If zero stars was an option I 'd give it to these burger king employees . They were so rude and I tried to ask for something to be put in bag multiple times but they were to busy laughing and not taking job very seriously. I order Cina minis and they were so hard with no icing. I 'll never go back to these incompetent people ever. I called them and they said oh just come back we will give you other ones I said I wont ever return and the kid just said okay and I hung up
When I received my coffee, it was frozen, so I mentioned it to the staff. The cashier looked at another employee, said that wasn’t what I ordered, but shrugged it off, and eventually gave me the correct drink. Once I checked my food, I noticed there were no napkins in the bag. I hadn’t asked for them, but I assumed they would be included with my meal. My breakfast sandwich fell apart and was difficult to eat. The hash browns were greasy and practically inedible; they seemed boiled rather than crispy. I like my hash browns crunchy, but these were definitely overcooked. Overall, I was very disappointed with this experience and won’t be returning.
