Whataburger

They take a little longer sometimes but the food is always good and hot.

Usually long lines but the wait is worth it. Management is great and employees are nice.

Asked for no sauce. The receipt says no sauce. The burger… filled with sauce. They were so polite this morning. Perhaps only because a trainer was on site. They need to do a reading test during the interview I guess.

I went here around 9:30 p.m. I was the only one in the drive-thru. The only one!!! That was a first so I thought great!!I will get my meal quickly and move on. That was no one behind me. I was the only one! My order gets taken immediately and I drive around to pay for it. That transaction was quick and smooth. All that I ordered was a number one meal. no special order just the mail. After sitting there for about 5 minutes, the clerk comes back to the window and asks me what did I order? What did I order?!?! I'm the only one in line what do you mean what did I order I thought. But I repeated to her what I had ordered. About 5 minutes later she tells me oh they are making your burger fresh. Whataburger meals are always fresh I thought. The fact that I was in that line for 10 minutes and the only one in line as there was still no one behind me, I thought how aloof of a staff they must have had on duty. If you can't remember one order for the only person in The drive-thru, how do you expect to retain customers? This is the closest one to my house so I'm kind of stuck when it comes to desiring a Whataburger. There used to be another one off 249 but it shut down years ago. I don't know why as the service there was always great. I was just floored by the fact that it took me over 10 minutes to get a meal when I was the only one, the only one, in line. I'll chalk it up to.... Nope! Can't chalk it up to anything just bad service.

There was a long line at first. Two cars drove away and because of that I was able to get my food faster. Everything was hot and fresh tasting. They also upgraded my size for the wait time.
