Asked the staff and they said it’s cooked fresh… a new table came in 20mins after us got their chicken in 10mins. Obviously they forgot our order because all three staff were crowding around tv watching baseball instead of customer service.
Amazing food at an amazing price. Highly recommended if you're in the Chinatown area.
Our waitress was horrible today. She did not bring our orders out as a group and forgot one of the main orders. Once everyone was done eating, we brought it up and told her to cancel it. Even though she forgot, and we canceled it she still tried to charge us for it. Not just that she never checked up on us to see if we wanted another drink or anything else. The place was not busy. The most frustrating part is we were automatically charged 18% to tip for someone failing to do the bare minimum.
The menu has a large assortment of Korean food beyond just fried chicken which is nice. They sell beer by the pitcher too. It’s a good place to go with people who like a bunch of different things and want variety.
This was my first time here. I ordered the fried chicken with Soy garlic sauce. I've never had Korean chicken before, so I expected it to have a kick. But, it didn't. I could taste more garlic than soy. Nevertheless, the chicken was cooked perfectly with a good amount of crispy without having way too much batter on it like Church's Chicken does. And, it was moist on the inside, which is perfect for me.I also had the seaweed salad, which was great. The biggest gripe I have with this place is no unlimited refills on iced tea. So, I was careful not to drink up my 2 sweet tea maximumOverall, the atmosphere there was outstanding and the service was top notch. Next time, I'll get another flavor and see if I can get a better kick.
