First I had an excellent quick meal on my way from Vancouver to Spokane. They already had my seal of approval even before they went way above and beyond the norm to let me know that I'd left my card behind (tsk). Really appreciated you looking out for me. And the pork sandwich was delish!

Wonderful owners, great food, lots of smoky goodness! They have revamped the area and it looks amazing! Adding more food trucks to their arena is a brilliant idea! In warm weather they have live music. In cold weather they have fire pits. Year round good eats and fun! Great little gem in downtown The Dalles. They actively participate in first Friday events and other community events. Don't miss this place!
