Sedition Brewing Co. - The Dalles

I understand that there may be a shortage of workers, but there seems to be a lack of communication at this restaurant. It shouldn't be difficult to update your hours on social media if you can't open for whatever reason. It was the July 4th weekend (Saturday), a perfect opportunity to make some money. Google shows you as open, but you were actually closed. This was not cool.

The restaurant had a limited beer selection, but the beers were authentic and some of the best I have ever had. The food options were also limited, but the items we tried were delicious. We will definitely be coming back.

The beer was fantastic and the atmosphere was really cool. However, our blue cheese burger was missing the blue cheese because the cook ran out without informing us and didn't seem to care. The fryer was also broken, so we were unable to try the highly recommended truffle fries. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. We regret not trying a different restaurant.

The beer was good. Our food could have been fabulous, but the salads were overdressed and way to spicy. There was noone else there at 1:00 on a Saturday. Staff could not make compensation decision because the owner was not present.

Their flight come with 6 of your own choosing. We asked for a couple more, no problem ! All 8 hubby and I tried were great, averaging about a 4.7 out of 5 on our own craft beer scale. The staff was sooooo helpful and friendly and the food was great too, we highly recommend going here! Oh and they make some wicked chipotle salad dressing too!
