Perfecto's Caffè - Tewksbury

The bagels and breakfast sandwiches here are the best! The coffee is great too if you are into mixing and matching flavors. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you are looking to sit down and hang out (like other cafes) but if you are want good food and coffee this is the spot!

Being a native of Massachusetts, and having lived in the South for over 30 years, I was looking forward to a nice bagel sandwich for breakfast again.Unfortunately, the Turkey, Bacon, Egg and Cheese on an everything bagel I ordered came without the turkey. The bagel was burned in the bacon was overcooked. The only thing not dry was the egg.I didn’t learn how bad the sandwich was while I was there because there’s no place to eat inside.Also dry was the experience. Not one of the three people there had a “good morning” or smile to offer.My 20% tip was way too much. Hopefully, there’s somewhere else in town more suitable to the palate and spirit.

There was paper baked into my husband’s sandwich. We called to let them know that this happened and we were told by the first person “mistakes happen” and by the second person we were told “he would be ok” when I said any one would be upset about eating paper. A simple sorry and this won’t happen again would have gone a long way. This is not the first time they have made mistakes on our orders and honestly everytime the customer service is awful. When it’s good the food is great but when it’s bad it’s so bad and they don’t know how to provide customer service. This will be the last time we order from perfectos

This place has gone downhill so badly since COVID. Overpriced food and the coffee tastes nothing like it used to. It also seems like the place is understaffed most of the time. Save your money.

The bagels were unimpressed bit it was end of day. The coffee was disgusting and there was no good reason for that. Pumpkin pump flavor was awful.
