Dunkin' - Tewksbury

So I roll up to Dunkin' Donuts and I'm ready for my morning coffee fix. I walk in and there's this worker named Kam, and let me tell you, this girl was like a walking ball of energy! She was bouncing around behind the counter, taking orders with lightning speed, and doing all sorts of crazy tricks with the donuts. It was like watching a donut ninja in action! ??But here's where things took a turn for the unexpected. As Kam was handing me my coffee, she accidentally bumped into a tray of donuts, and they went flying through the air! It was like a donut tornado just swept through the shop. Donuts were spinning, jelly was splattering, and everyone in the shop was in shock. But you know what? Kam didn't miss a beat. She just started juggling the donuts in mid-air like it was part of the show! ?‍?I couldn't help but burst out laughing, and soon the whole shop was laughing along with me. Kam turned a potentially chaotic situation into a hilarious donut spectacle. It was definitely a memorable experience, to say the least!Despite the donut tornado, I have to give props to Kam and the rest of the Dunkin' Donuts team for their quick reflexes and ability to turn a mishap into a moment of pure entertainment. They definitely know how to keep things interesting! ??So, if you're ever in the mood for some donuts with a side of unexpected surprises, head on over to Dunkin' Donuts and see if Kam is still there. İts said 24 hours but time is now 22:40 they said we are closing and they resufe make online order worst Dunkin crew ever

Hard to rate the service high when the bagels were burned (but cold , they didn’t provide anything to spread the butter or cream cheese with (when did they stop spreading it? , and the bacon on the sandwich was small (not even a full slice and a congealed ball plopped in the middle, but they said hello and were polite. Wretched food quality though. When asked for peanut butter they claimed they no longer carry it which if that’s true the store management team is making a mistake. It can’t be chain wide since we got it at another store recently. Despite this one being the closest to my house I’ll not be stopping here ever again.

Awful service the worker gave me an attitude and gave me a cold drink when I specifically asked for a hot coffee. Ridiculously terrible i do not recommend going, fire the drive thru

Are the employees trained on how to make drinks? I have been to a few dunks and they cannot get the ice macchiato, right. They never add the correct amount of espresso.
