I believe it to be the cleanest in Terrell! I was early for the dinner time, so no one was in therewhen I ordered our meal. They gave me special attention and was extremely polite throughout. The burgers were really good and wedefinitley will order there again.
Trying to understand why you guys pulled me around just to give me old hash browns that have been sitting there for almost 30 minutes to an hour. I understand you want to get your drive thru time down and I have no problem with helping you if you aregoing to help me. Not to mention I requested my croissants be heated in the microwave and they couldn?t even do that. Whichbrings me back to the question why pull me around? There was no one in front of me no one behind me. Ya it was to get your timesdown. If you?re a customer, don?t pull. A few more things to add it was 10 when I ordered, I asked for a cup of coffee, I wastold they don?t have ?hot? coffee. Well you didn?t have hot food either but that didn?t stop you from serving it. You have tothe coffee you?re just too lazy to make more. If you don?t feel like making it you should remove from your menu. So instead Iordered a vanilla ice coffee. Idk if they gave me mocha by accident or mixed the two but that was NASTY as well. Just overallterrible experience. Customers, if they ask you to pull up, it doesn?t mean you?re getting fresh food. Don?t do it.
We were the O N L Y people in the restaurant (dining room). There was 1 cook, and two other guys working there. That's it ! It took about 5 minutes for one of them to come take our order. As usual in most fast food places, they were more concernedwith the drive thru than the counter customers. He took our order and we sat down. After 25 minutes waiting, we finally wentand asked about our order, and they weren't sure what happened to it. They thought they might have given it to one of the drivethru customers. We asked for a refund, and it took forever for him to figure out how to do that. He finally did. First ofall, the restaurant was WAY understaffed. You can't run a business (restaurant) effectively with that few people. Then, atleast one of them needs to know what's going on and kinda run the place. That wasn't happening. Dang, that was one of thepoorest excuses for a Burger King I have ever been in. Definitely won't be back here. I blame it on the owner/manager morethan the employees. Someone in charge should be more in tune to what's going on there, than just handing over the reins (keys)to a few people who can't keep up or know how to get orders out efficiently.
I have been a regular guest for 5 years but I won?t be back until they have better staff and management. The last 3 times I went there were less than 3 cars in the drive through and they park every single car and make them wait. I used to get served at thewindow and never had to park. After waiting for the food the burger ended up being something they just slopped together and thefries were barely warm and undercooked. This place has turned into pure trash and now I see why there is hardly ever anyonethere. I hope whoever owns this store gets to see this and makes some serious changes or your business is in danger.
Just so y 'all know, the service still is the worst in town. Order is wrong every single time I go there, which isn 't much, then they say I didn 't say what I ordered, I 'm not dumb I know what I ordered. They argue with you and purposely don 't you up forthings you didn 't order. Food is always nasty and dry and old. The younger black guy never greets you properly even has calledme bruh . I guess even the manager doesn 't care about this store. Who is the district manager of the Terrell store anyway? Arethey ever there? It 's like you have to tell them how to do their jobs. Just close it down already.
