Premier Inn Tenby Town Centre

The hotel is located in a good location, close to the north beach and the city centre and just a short walk to the railway station. the hotel itself is in order, a bit overpriced for what they get, compared to other accommodation before location. the staff was courteous and friendly. Unfortunately, there is a little aversion with the air conditioning system in the entire building, which produces a lot of noise. we had switched off the heating and air conditioning in our room, but despite this there was no noise all night, it was particularly bad in the second night. next to the sound of the air pump the deck of our space has constantly sprinkled. I almost have no sleep. I notice that some other people have written about this question in their reviews. it is disappointing that the premier management did not address it. from this reason I would not be able to stay here anymore.

Awful stay. Window didn’t open and some of the facilities didn’t work. Paid £202 a night for a superior room and got no sleep. We complained and got told it didn’t fall into the good night guarantee and that was case closed! It was a very pleasant stay for the first time. The staff are very helpful and friendly, breakfast was nice with a good selection of cereals and cooked food.
