The Habit Burger Grill - Tempe

We were taken aback by the fact that we couldn’t speak to a person to place our order, and we were disappointed by the limited customization options available at the kiosk. I ordered an Impossible Burger, and while the burger itself was tasty, the bun was stale on the bottom, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, all the tables were messy, so we ended up having to clean up after previous customers before we could sit down, which felt a bit ridiculous. I wish I could leave a positive review, but unfortunately, I can’t.

This place is slightly better than McDonald's and similar fast food options, but there are definitely better choices available. The previous location was more enjoyable. Would I return?

The food was excellent, and while there was a moderate wait, the lobby could use some tidying up. Additionally, the nozzles on the soda dispenser definitely needed some attention.

We tried this place one evening for dinner. We were greeted right away. The cashier was very friendly and helpful. We ordered the Habit Burger, fries and a shake. They all tasted awesome the burger was cooked to perfection and looked better than the photo on the menu board. The restaurant was clean as were the restrooms. The shake was very tasty and mixed perfectly. Cannot wait to return.

My first time here they messed up my black bean burger however I gave them the benefit of the doubt and assumed it happened because it was busy. I tried them again a second to find the same mistake was made on a simple meal. As long as you wait in line and the price you pay you would expect top service from the time you order until you get the food but that was not my case at all.
