Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers - Tempe

**Food: 5/5** **Service: 5/5** **Portion Size: 5/5** We visited this Canes location for a family lunch, which wasn't listed on Yelp maps. We ordered one Caniac meal and one kids meal. Both were fresh and prepared exactly as we expected. The dine-in service was exceptional; our food was ready in under 15 minutes, and the staff was quick and attentive. Plus, our lunch for three only cost us $27. Overall, a fantastic experience!

I stopped by for a quick meal and it was quite busy during lunch and dinner. The tea was AMAZING!

For the first time, I was disappointed with my order. Not only were my fries soggy, but I only received 3 chicken tenders instead of the 4 I ordered, and they forgot my extra chicken sauce. I suppose this is the consequence of not checking my order before leaving.

I have visited this restaurant three times and each time I've ordered the Caniac meal, but my order has been mixed up with someone else's. I've ended up spending an extra $20 and still haven't received my correct food. I paid $18 for a Caniac with additional sauces and toast, but instead, I got a kids' meal. Why am I not receiving what I paid for? I'm not trying to be difficult, but this has happened way too often. I wouldn't recommend coming here if you expect to get the quantity of food you've ordered. I will be disputing these charges and I have proof. This is unacceptable; what kind of staff are they hiring?

Everything was great, except for one thing: my first experience with sweet tea in Texas was warm and absolutely amazing. I had the chance to have it iced, and while the cold sweet tea was good, I couldn't help but wish it was like my first glass. It was truly the best tea I've ever had!
