I either get different or missing items or sometimes even extra items (not complaining though). Like I said really good chicken just follow my advice. Order ahead and wait at least 30 minutes before heading out and double check your orders in store don't wait until you get home because you will be disappointed. Follow those rules and you should be fine.
This is Popeyes is HORRIBLE!! Never ever do they have chicken ready and it's always a 30 minute wait and the workers always rude very unprofessional!!. It's operated by young kids who just stand around talking and own there phones. It's never any adult supervision. I live 1 mile away but choose 2 drive 5 miles 4 ready chicken respectable service.
Guess they just got the chicken from super market, that?s why it takes more than 40mins. Good job!
The customer service here is something I have never experienced anywhere else it?s amazing professional clean feels like I?m at home when I eat there I believe everyone who works here deserves a raise you can?t put a price tag on loyalty stay blessed wohooooo best chicken franchise in the country
These clowns couldn't even get a $30 order right. On top of not getting any of our food right, they couldn't even get the sides right. Paid extra through doordash for Mac n cheese and biscuits and they gave us coleslaw and nasty rice. Didn't order any spicy chicken, ended up getting nothing but spicy chicken. Couldn't even get the condiments right. I'm not sure what kind of management is running this location but maybe they need to go back to the basics before they attempt to run a store. What an embarrassment.
