Arai Pastry - Tempe

My assessment can be based on my lack of experience with Japanese desserts. So take my review with a grain of salt. It's more about my dessert preferences. I had the coffee cake that had a breathtaking view (like the other cake slices). I noticed that the cake was very light. When I ate it, the taste of icing was too subtle. I should have let it sit at room temperature before eating. The sponge (as our British friends call it) did not have much taste. I'm used to heavier desserts. These desserts are best if you are looking for something light and fluff. I want to see more bold flavors in this cake. That doesn't mean sugar anymore. But maybe putting a good coffee taste in the sponge would help.

Wow, that was so good. It was good because it wasn't too sweet. I have a piece of strawberry cream and a piece of cheesecake. My partner and I ended it in a few minutes when I took it to the car (the reason that no photo is attached) I probably would have eaten five slices in a session and not tired of it. Very recommended!

I came for a slice of cake and had the earl grey cake, it was so good and the icing was so soft and creamy and the cake was perfectly sponge. ngl this cake made my day, the best?, although only a tad price for the size came to about $6 for a disc

We were in this mall and stopped at this bakery. They had a number of cakes and pastries to choose, and I was on the way to meet another friend so I wanted something packed and easy to transport. I bought two chocolates, the staff was friendly and helpful. Later, I gave one to my friend and tried to think when I came home. The dough was soft and chewing, clear freshly baked. The chocolate filling was light and smooth, and the pastry had the perfect balance of dough to fill. Delicious pleasure! Would like to return and try their cakes.

When I lived down the street, my family would go to this bakery often. They were able to make a perfect birthday cake for my girlfriend and I would highly recommend coming, as anything we ever tried was amazing. The flan is also very cute as it has a tiny flan in the middle, which all my family will fight over. PLEASE GO AND TRY THIS BAKERY! THEY TRULY DESERVE IT!!
