Apley Arms - Telford

The actual carvery was of a high standard and very pleasant. However, I believe that the personal (except for one) was not very friendly to create a flat atmosphere. also the staff has a lot left to wish they have to present themselves to me much better to get the call of the toby. fortunately it was good to eat.

I come here every other week with my 6-year-old daughter who has autism. I am always made to feel welcome, particularly by a lovely polite man named Kyle who always remembers my name and where my daughter prefers to sit. Food is great too. Great customer service from staff such as Kyle make our visit a pleasurable one every time. Thank you Kyle, your good manners, kindness and effort goes a long way.

We visited today as we were in the area, very welcoming when we arrived, the lady who was at the door when we got there was lovely and went above and beyond with our sons allergies, I asked if we could have a corner table as our son has special needs and was having a bad day, the lady found us one, the drinks came in a timely manner and food was amazing, it was hot and fresh, couldn’t fault it at all. very nice clean welcoming pub with great staff, hope to pop in again when we are back in the area.

Was recommend to go for a carvery . went and was told there was a 20 min wait the place was half empty no one queing to get there meal another couple...

Absolutely amazing! The food was delicious, with everything being high quality, fresh, and served hot. The service was exceptional. I really enjoyed my experience and will definitely be returning for more!
