They were rude trying to rush us to make our order, I activated a coupon and they informed me later that their system was down so I wasted the coupon and they didn’t offer to make it right. These issues seem to be a somewhat common occurrence and I am getting fed up. At least there ice scream machines are working lately on a positive note.
A couple employees had a attitude for no reason. I order the number 2 LG a cheeseburger on the side with another LG fry from the mobile app which should've only been a dollar because the code from the app. When I confront the person at the first window about it. They said their codes are not working even though they asked me for it at the intercom. And it went through at the intercom. At the second window, I asked for a manager.And try to talk to her about it.They said the code isn't working which in all my time of working fast food and going to those places the codes have always worked unless they are expired. Coming from the app it shouldn't be expired. I felt like they were just trying to get their sells up. Not a great place to go during night shift.
I know I can't expect to much from McDonald's but shouldn't the food at least be warm?? I was made to wait not a big deal got my food and everything was cold?
My only complaint was that I ordered a large drink as part of my meal through the mobile app and explicitly made sure to click on large, the smallish medium sized cup they gave me I asked is this a large the employee and manager both said yes it is, so I figured inflation until I got to the drink stand where the large lids were too big for the cup they gave me. So they lied to my face and gave me something different than I ordered. fries were a bit stale too but other that that everything else was fine.
