Monterrey Mexican - Taylors

Good food and good service. I got the fast Gonzales and it came out so fast! The flavors were really good. The bar is a good place to eat chips have a cold beer and watch sports.

Great place to get a fast Mexican meal. A little more effort in preparing and presenting foods would be appreciated by customers. Sometimes you just need a dish of meat and cheese

Disappoint. We sat fast. No one came to deliver for a drink order or salsa and chips for over 20 minutes. It took almost an hour to bring the food to the table. Prices were much higher than the specified menu.

That was the worst experience I ever had. They blew my food 4 times because they never wrote the order with no acid cream. I didn't ask for acidic cream once, but three times. The waitress thought she'd argue with me. Mam at the end of the day I'm the customer to only repair my food. The time she just wiped my burrito and added more cheese, but you could still see the sour cream. When I asked about the manager, she was as bad as our waitress. I asked to take the dish from my account, to tell us that we don't eat, and my daughters plates away from her as they still eat. I took the plate and she said she called the cops. Four grand city officers showed up. The guy who helped me was very nice and thought it was ridiculous that he had to come at all. Of course I had removed my food and was accompanied by the restaurant. You shouldn't be on the MONTEREY in GREER. The SERVICE is TERRIBLE.

I?m going to start off by saying we really enjoy their food. We went to eat there tonight and the hostess took my name and that we had a table of 2. I asked how long. Her response was ?I don?t know? so I said well are you thinking 5 minutes or an hour? She again said ?I don?t know?. I understand every place is short handed. An estimate of time would have helped. We ended up crossing the parking lot and going to a neighboring restaurant. Wr would have waited but we really needed some estimate of time. We will try again on another night.
