I was taken here by a Vietnamese friend whilst visiting Tây Ninh. Loved the fresh seafood, great service and atmosphere. The place was buzzing with local Vietnamese families, young old. Can't tell about prices as I was a guest. However it isn't close to the main tourist attractions and I'm sure for a foreigner on holidays the prices will be very agreeable. Highly recommended.
