Beautifully fresh seafood and all thoughtfully prepared. Definitely will return again and again.

If they like fresh fish and shellfish, they have come to the right place. our hotel recommended and it was a great recommendation. the wine, appetizers and main courses (oh yes dessert also) were carefully selected and prepared. the restaurant itself is...real, but don't let it stop....go I just don't want to discover too many people it before we get back!

The place is small and simple and so are the dishes. in the building with the municipal market, this place hopping at the weekends when the market is open, but we went to a quiet night in the next season with only us and another. table the menu is mainly prepared fish and seafood. the taste of everything we had was well made from the starters to the netzen, so even basic and typical is very good. the service was friendly and good, but with so few people expected. the prices were excellent in comparison to many other options that we have seen in the opposite for a few months, the most expensive item on our bill was the bottle wein. and we had a lot to eat.

We arrived shortly after dusk. The amount of mosquitos flying around is insane!! It did get better into the night. It took 90min for 3 dishes: 6 oysters, fried shrimp and clams. And they each came 30min apart. The oysters were botched and had zero...liquor and the clams were inedibly salty. Decent shrimp, though. And the waiters were nice and hardworking. All in all, a place to avoid.

Found this place by accident as it it away from the tourist area in Tavira. The seafood tanks where they keep the seafood alive caught our attention so we went in to see the place and booked a table for dinner. The food was amazing,...the service was excellent and the price was just right. If you are a seafood lover, this is the place to go in Tavira
