Disappointed, my chicken strips were cold, had to send back, and was just offered an apology, my friends had almost finished there meal by the time I got mine back.

We had a wonderful dining experience here on New Year’s Eve. The food was excellent, as always, and even though the restaurant was busy, the service remained outstanding. They even had a piper performing "Auld Lang Syne"!

Once we were settled, the service was good, although it was a bit odd that a different waiter or waitress attended to us each time. This, however, didn't pose any major issue. The food was delicious overall, although the chips could have been cooked a bit longer as some were still a bit hard. Nevertheless, everyone enjoyed their meals! One suggestion I have is to prepare cocktails away from the dining area, as the noise from the blender was quite loud amidst our conversations and dining experience. Despite these minor concerns, we truly enjoyed our meal and our time at Grace Neills.
