That was my first experience at Red Robin, and I am thoroughly impressed! I will definitely be coming back. The drinks were cold and delicious, and the hamburger was the best I’ve ever had. Our waiter was attentive and incredibly friendly, and the new manager is doing a fantastic job! Our server was knowledgeable about the menu, offered great recommendations, and checked on us regularly. We even met the new manager, who clearly ensures that everything runs smoothly at this restaurant. The place itself was clean and had a wonderful atmosphere. I'm looking forward to dining here again. If you're looking for delicious food and exceptional customer service, this is the spot! As for parking, it's located in a mall lot and is very accessible for wheelchair users.

Red Robin used to be my favorite restaurant, but I've come to notice several issues. During my last visit, it took 30 minutes just to get a drink, and we ended up waiting for two hours. When I finally received my mac and cheese, it was cold. The service was disappointing; many staff members seemed uninterested in taking our orders. On the positive side, they do offer free refills and a variety of menu items, which is nice. Overall, it's not terrible, but I can only give it a 3 out of 5.

The burgers are cooked to order and absolutely delicious! The endless fries are a bit overwhelming because the burger is so filling. The flavors are fantastic!

Red Robin is fair prices for decent food. I always have loved the bottomless fries because you never leave hungry. We came here one night because we saw a special advertised on their website, under this specific location citrus park. The manager did not honor it, saying it was no longer in the system even though she recognized it was on the website. Our waitress was really good, service was fast but we did have to wait 15 minutes to be seated even though no one was in the restaurant.
