Mcdonald's - Tampa

This has been the same McDonald’s since I was small in the same spot. Small changes have happened. I’ve had pretty good service through the years but there is always exceptions when bad things happen but sometimes the staff is mistreated. I always get chicken ? the price is good and so very fast and always open late. For many years it was open 24 7 and that was very convenient if you are hungry and nothing else is open.

Never had any issues with my order but how many negatives reviews do customers have to post for corporate to do something? Hire more people pay them more so they're willing to work. You don't keep workers by running them to the ground. Cut your menu down after 9pm to make things faster.Also, to those posting about employees eating while you're waiting in drive thru, what makes you think that you're the only one who is hungry during that time? I get that it's busy and everyone should help I truly agree , but this place is always busy.I digress. We've been in the line for 30 minutes right now...

Yesterday, because it was the last day in the app to get a combo new for 6. I eat on macdonald’s and I decided that I wanted the Quartier Bacon cheeseburger. the fries were delicious as usual but the burger must have been that they have decided not to serve anyone. it was super thin and burned. I took photos of it. it was smashed beyond the recognition, had nothing but a ton of the tweeting on it. very disappointing if I rarely eat a burger.

Always have an issue with this Location. The last visit, I ordered 2 happy meals, they forgot the apple slices and I mentioned it at the window so she rolled her eyes like if I asked her to give me something free. Then I arrive home and they forgot the toy in one of them. If you have kids, you will understand how my evening went with one kid having a toy and the other one without. This store needs to fire everyone and start over. Start from the top.

This McDonald’s is good UNLESS you go any time after 9pm. If you do, good luck getting through the drive thru in anything less than 20 minutes. Literally EVERY TIME AFTER 9, 20 MINUTES
