I normally would not complain. The service was not pleasant at all. No smiles on faces, look let they just didn't want to be there. Attitudes when serving, made me question the quality of the food. Food was great
Was waiting for my order and waited 46 minutes and it never came and went to the counter constantly and asked is it ready yet finally after 50 minutes one of the cashiers comes to me and says ? i?m sorry but if you?re not ordering anything my managersaid please to leave ? I can?t believe that will never come here again
I cannot dine at a place that is consistently dirty.
The customer service at this restaurant was awful. The woman at the window seemed to want to argue with me about whether I had ordered a drink when I had only asked for a meal. When I asked if I could pay for a drink separately, she rudely said that I hadn't ordered one. The drive-through attendant also had a terrible attitude. When I ordered the fish sandwich meal, they replied with a disrespectful "yep... What else? That's it." I decided not to go back around and order a drink because I felt like this was the type of place where they might spit in your food and find it funny.
