Mcdonald's - Tampa

I have visited this McDonald’s drive-thru three times recently, and each time they have forgotten something. Just last week, my wife had to go into the restaurant to retrieve our iced tea because they didn't include it in our order. Then, last weekend, they forgot my son's chicken nuggets. Today, my wife ordered me a double quarter pounder, and when we got home and opened the bag, I found the double quarter pounder box, but it had a regular quarter pounder inside. They really need to pay more attention to orders, or they risk losing a customer.

I attempted to order a grilled chicken sandwich, but everything they had available was roasted.

Drive-thru always pretty quick. I've only had leftover breakfast from the day before a couple times. Overall this is a good location.

Nice upgrades on the place.. the people were nice, the food was cooked right and was actually good.. but the wait time was HORRIBLE. I even put the order on one of the kiosks set up to speed up the process.. but still waited almost 20 mins. With young hungry kids wanting to eat at a reasonable time it was not a good experience. Overall I think the sport is great, but could use some improvements in the fast-food portion of service

The service is incredibly quick, my orders are always spot on, and the staff is very friendly!
