I ordered my bagel and waited patiently to be call over to collect. It was only due to another customer realising that she had mistakenly received my order as her own that I was aware my lunch was even ready. Clearly a misunderstanding/lack of communication, which I could of forgiven if it wasn't for the poorly cobbled together bagel that was covered in mustard and barely even cut in half. I won't be visiting again.
As a regular visitor to the Arndale branch , wonderful staff and got to know them personally all I can say is they deserve gold medals to put up with crap from head office you guys in Arndale ? Super stars Andrei is talented and a whinging example to how to manage a good team
I have been going to this place since it first opened. It is centrally placed and with a relaxed atmosphere. It apparently now has new owners who are doing away with serving the tea and coffee in proper cups and are now using paper ones as a way of doing further environmental harm as well as asserting their right to deteriorate the quality of the customer experience. I won’t be returning again. Why is it so difficult for these cafe owners to understand the basics of customer requirements?
Had a crayfish and avacado filling on a wholemeal bagel. It's my favourate filling when I visit Bagel Nash in the Arndal Centre Manchester. It's good value for money as it comes in a meal deal with any drink included.
