Metro Diner - Tamarac

I have no complaint about this diner. They were extremely friendly, service was fast, they still have technology to take your order, which means that the order goes back to the kitchen faster and it was not long waiting. When I ordered my food ten minutes later, it came out. Hot, fresh and beautiful. Tammy, our server was also amazing. The strawberry butter in the waffles is the best!

Had a friend from the city to visit and she loves to try out the local places instead of the regular large chain restaurants. Needed a place nearby and came over Metro Diner on Yelp. What an excellent choice! We sat right away and the waitress was great! Adding to the great experience was the food. The California Turkey Wrap was great and my friend had the Chicken Waffles, yum. Will definitely be back here.

I travel a lot and I'm a foodie. I'm often hard to get from New York. I don't often give five star reviews, but wow! The Metro Diner is clean and spacious. Delicious smells bombard you on the way to your seat. Do you have your hands before dinner? Don't worry, the bathroom was impeccable. The loaded menu is decadent. Everything from homemade cornberry hash, cookies and gravy, pancakes and even simple eggs have been discovered. One small problem, and overcooked poached egg, was quickly fixed without the slightest hint of the mica. Bravo and well done. I highly recommend this place.

The first time here and must say... You have GOT to try this place!!!! The food is so delicious and the portions are great! I recommend trying Mom's Omelette!! The service was on site and always your utensils in a bag to boots, in my book, speaks volume. If you want to cook at home taste and feel that is definitely one of these points!

It's nice place, great staff, food is good. Kids meals are priced good, but not enough fries for the kids. My husband got a philly cheesesteak sandwich with fries. He said it was good. I got the regular sized chicken pot pie, it's a lot. The chicken pot pie is not creamy/milk sauce, it's thicken broth sauce, so the pot pie was a thick chicken soup with a crust. It needed a little salt and pepper but it was good.
