Update 12/15: My order was actually ready this time but half of it was missing. Smh. I order ahead so im not late for work. What a joke The drinks are always good. The reason for my 3 star review is because every time I mobile order one drink , even if i order 20 minutes in advance, it is never ready. And it is not just me. There is always a huge group of people waiting. One woman came in looking for her order and said she ordered 30 minutes ago, prior to leaving her home, and multiple employees were extremely dismissive to her complaints. I have worked as a barista before so i get it but I feel the customer service needs improved
