Such traditional Chinese cuisine! Five stars! the most delicious Chinese food I ever had in Tallinn. It's the best! Open from 11 to 0:00 in the morning. Technically, I tried the whole Chinese restaurant in Tallinn and they disappointed me. Either owner or boss is Chinese. But this is pretty good, quite traditional!
