Taco Bell - Talladega

3. once in a week, this place has ruined my order. I'm asking for the $5 box, and they're giving me 3 burritos that someone else's order. the manager offered to replace and I am in order with it. but it is a regular reason to order that have been grounded. there must be a better way to do things or get better coworkers

Manager was nice, the cc machines were not working, they are doing no cash. He tried to run my card at the front and he was able to get it through. Food was delicious! Thank you

Got my order wrong even though I told them exactly what I wanted and I didn’t even get a receipt.

When me and my son walked in the cashier was sitting at a table on her laptop didnt acknowledge us at all...i asked her if it was ok that we dined in and she completely ignored me so i start putting our order into the kiosk closest to the register but when i hit check out the screen reset so again i attempt to get her attention to let.her know but i am ignored so i jst step to the other kiosk i finish my order and waiting on it to be made...the lawn care men walk in and she immediately jumps up and gets behind the counter greets them.and takes the order she then.reaches out with our cups and says HERE and then back to smiling at the men. She never said another word to me or my child however a older lady came in while we was eating our lunch(around 11:30ish)and she spoke to us checked on us and made sure.our order was great even though i did not order on her shift she even thanked us for stopping in. The other girl was back on her laptop when we finished. It was roughly 10:45ish when we got there after my son's dr appt. The 1st girl couldve at least greeted us or answered my questions or even looked up from her laptop but with my son and I we was not worthy enough i guess but the men was.

Lines wrapped around the building , barely moving .. Where’s the workers ??? Do you not have enough staff?? Wait times are ridiculous!!
