Salvatore Cuomo Uptown Parade - Taguig

The place was half full when we came, but the service was still slow. we have ordered pizza, but I think the waitress has forgotten until we see it up. not too accommodating. so the expensive side does not fit the service we have experienced.

The food was good. the service was differentiated. we had a table of 9 and we were all served at different times. they pushed their “steak car” one of us ordered in the group. we all finished our dinner and he didn't get his steak until 5 minutes after we all had eaten. about 20 25 minutes after we were all served. the other 8 in the group were served their dishes 5 8 minutes apart, so although we sat together, we did not eat all really together. also the 4 sangrias we ordered only came 2 minutes apart, then 1, then 10 15 minutes later for the last. there was a tonne staff on the floor and in the open kitchen, but there was so much coordination and guidance that they did not know what to do. the food was good. the pizza was very tasty, but had a soggy crust. pastas were good. steak was in order, but not so tender and easy seasonal. beautiful ambiente, quiet enough to lead a conversation. with so many other great options in bgc, we would probably not be back.

The restaurant has great food and service. We'll definitely come back to try out the other food items in the menu.
