Starbucks - Tacoma

The staff are very friendly, and has always gotten my order correct. One of the better Starbucks I've been too.

Always good service, baristas are very courteous and friendly.

This is the number one Starbucks I've ever been to. Incredibly accommodating and kind staff that make me feel welcomed every time. With short waits and good quality drinks to boot!

I have 2 favorite ones on 26th and Proctor these ladies always do an amazing job with our drinks and 6th an Pearl is a close second

I bought two drip coffees today through the online app. I do that once or twice a week. I have mentioned before to the baristas that the coffees shouldn't be over filled (filled to the brim) because the brim of the cup gets soft and caps come off when you pick up the coffee. Then the coffee spills. Today it happened again (coffee cup filled to the brim) The cap came off when I picked up the coffee in my car and half a cup of coffee spilled in my car and on me. Plus, one of the coffees was supposed to have extra half and half, but it was just black. See pictures below. I called the starbucks and the person who answered said I would need to come in to get a refund instead of on the app. Needless to say, not going to drive across town to fix this. Sorry, but have to give one star, which I have never done before. Just disappointing.
