Stack 571 Burger And Whiskey - Tacoma

Absolutely delicious. we have the Burger-Dip and the stack 571 burger and they have not disappointed. upgraded to the shake of the day, the spumoni, as well as the parmesan truffle fries. they can taste their fresh ingredients. would definitely recommend. our server matthew was top notch. answered all our questions and was the life of the party. they should be proud of the product and service they have out here.

I switched out my beef for chicken and they doubled the meat! Taking half home, it’s to good to leave on the plate (see photo). The sauce on the burger and for the fries was refreshingly awesome! My waiter, Macy is a hero! He was the only one for the opening crowd at 11:30 and he handled it with grace and humor.

Met up with some of my relatives here for lunch. Brought my baby in her car seat, and they set up a stand for it, which was nice (strollers are welcome too, at least when it's not too busy). Out of the five of us, four of us ended up getting the same thing! We got the Three Pepper Bomb with the fried chicken breast. It was cooked perfectly: flavorful and very crispy/crunchy. It is on the pricier side, with a burger/sandwich running about $16-18. They do come with a side of fries, normal or waffle, which are well seasoned. Didn't end up getting any whiskey this time. So I'll have to come back

The Special Ruben Burger was great and the truffle fries were delicious. I added an egg to my fries but I should have added an egg to my burger! Basil lemonade was ultra refreshing. My partner got the Sow and loved it but it was a messy mission to eat. All worthwhile though. Waitstaff was incredible...which let's be honest isn't the norm around the world these days....but our waiter was on it and incredible. Wish I would have been a better customer and gotten a name to call him out in person!

Decent food and good customer service. We weren't really impressed with the burgers or the truffle waffle fries(they were kind of hard). Their berry milkshake was very delicious though. Not sure if we would come back for the burgers. The different sauces were unique and flavorful.
