Mcdonald's - Tacoma

Wanted a fast coffee and a breakfast, it turned out a great beginning of the day! Customer Service is the most Important!!! You are the Best!!!

Fast, friendly service. The app is a great way to place the order and pick up, either in store or at curbside. When I want a quick burger, they are able to get it made in no time at all; barely check my phone when they call out the mobile order.

Say what you like about the service, the food always taste cooked to order. All the sodas taste right and sometimes these highschoolers working here might have something funny to say. I absolutely hate the McDonalds I live close by on Pacific Ave

L ordered the Big Mac Bundle. on my way home I was looking for the Fries. There wasn't any. l was almost home and I turned around and went back. Went back through the line and the cashier told me to go to the front of the store and they would bring my fries. After waiting for 10 minutes I called them and she said they would be out in 5 minutes. Did not even check on me,the customer. Went through line again. I said I would like large fries since I've been waiting so long I'm afraid I was a little testy with the new cashier. She said I didn't need to be so rude. There are a couple other instances when I didn't get everything I ordered. Will not go back ever!!!!

This place is new and clean on the outside but the service and food quality is HORRIBLE. I’ve never been so disappointed in fast food. I understand it’s McDonald’s but when you pay $40 for food, you hope it’s at least what you ordered. The manager and workers here DO NOT CARE and that’s why we will definitely never come back to this location. Hopefully the franchise owner starts looking at these reviews and firing people who don’t want their job anyway. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20
