Kizuki Ramen Izakaya - Tacoma

Andy was our server and she was very attentive and sweet! She gave some helpful suggestions and when she discovered a trend in how her pregnant customers were ordering, asked about the ingredient that was being avoided so she knew more about it. Made me feel like she really cared!

My partner is Gluten free, and they had a reaction while eating. We checked with the staff and they assured us with a little chart before ordering. Unfortunately she just couldn't finish her meal. : The staff just seemed overwhelmed and understaffed and I think some communication got lost. I'd try it again some day. Changed my rating to be less emotionally charged, we were just bummed because we were excited.

The food was very good! All the staff were super nice and always refilled our waters. Food came out hot and fast! Our servers name was Carlo and he was super helpful and answered all the questions that we had. I would 100% go here again!

I have been to this spot a handful of times and have had a great experience every time. Carlo is a great server and recommended me the tsukemen dipping noodles and it’s my new favorite. Highly recommend! Their drinks are also really good.

My waitress Andy was awesome…she knew the menu very well and made recommendations. The food was really good and service was great. I will for sure recommend this restaurant ?
