A Top Teriyaki - Tacoma

This was my first time visiting this restaurant, as I have been wanting to try it for a while. I am a local from Parkland, Tacoma. I ordered the spicy chicken teriyaki for myself and a chicken fried rice for my roommate. Both dishes were exceptional and reasonably priced. I will definitely be returning. I actually prefer this place over Happy Teriyaki located nearby. I also added some sriracha for extra spice. On my most recent visit on December 7th, I tried the combination fried rice and it was very filling. They really loaded it up and I was very satisfied as a customer.

The short ribs were excellent! The rice was cooked perfectly and the service was exceptional.

What a great teriyaki place! We were greeted right away. We ordered 3 meals and 3 teas. I was surprised the teas were served in little tea pots, which was so nice. The ice water was sooo cold and refreshing and was served in a real glass, not cheap plastic like most teriyaki places. The food was delicious and served piping hot. The service was something like I'd expect in a nice restaurant, not a teriyaki place. All in all our visit was very pleasant with great service and great food. When in this area I would come here again.

I entered the restaurant, paid for my food, and began reading the reviews. People were raving about the huge, generous portions and the delicious flavors. When my plate arrived, I was shocked by how much food there was - I knew right away that I would need a takeout box.

By far the most delicious teriyaki i have had in such a long time. It isnt such a pretty sight to look at and the location is in a lower class neighborhood but the people out side and around were so friendly and nice as well as the cashier and the price was so much less than most places of its kind. I will be going back here again and will be telling everyone i know about this place and how amazing the food is. So worth the time and money spent. Thank you
