Syracuse Cooperative Market

I guess I'm spoiled by co-ops in other cities as well as my own (Buffalo), but this co-op didn't really impress. It's very small and with a limited selection. The produce was pretty tired, there were only 3 aisles of grocery items. There was a pretty sizable bulk section and even liquid bulk which was nice to see, so if I lived in Syracuse I'd probably come here for that. There were some vegan sandwiches and prepared foods like a vegan meatloaf meal, so if you're looking for grab and go they do have that well.

For food! bulk tofu, maple syrup, dish soap, dr. bronners. it's the smallest co op I've ever seen, but it has everything I need.

This Coop is such a hidden gem. In the neighborhood, this place has made so many vegan ready options and cooking options. They have bulking for cereals, nuts, spices, cooking oils, soaps and more. They had many health and eco-friendly brands. I loved it. The prices here are of course higher for common things like kombucha compared to other places, but the support of local is quite groovy. Their finished foods are delicious and fill, very worth the fair prices.
