Oh My Darling - Syracuse

The layout/design was great. The staff was very friendly. The menu looked great and the drinks were able to deliver. However, the food was not. This place has a ton of potential and has the right vibe but the flavor of the food was just a bit bland.

Veggies patty in burger was horrible..not cooked raw

1 hour wait after ordering. Eggs benedict was cold and egg over done, Burnt crust on Flatbread pizza. Poor service.

Went there for a family dinner on Saturday night. We'd made a reservation and had no wait. Our server was nice, but very disappointed in the evening. Long wait for entrees, which did not all come out at the same time and two were barely warm. One of the late entrees was definitely overcooked and we waited over 20 minutes for a drink that we ended up cancelling. The general manager took our drinks off our bill as compensation but no apology for the problems. Understand that everyone is short-staf … – show
