Luigi's - Syracuse

Very disappointed. I'm basing this on the food, as the waitress was very nice. The lasagna was not good at all. The sauce was an orange color, not red. The mozzarella chz was so cheap that it didn't melt on the inside. It stayed in small pieces. There wasn't any ricotta in it. The sausage had no flavor to it. It tasted like one of those bad frozen meals. They served the bread cold, from the refrigerator. This is far from good Italian lasagna. I do NOT recommend this place.

Ordered chicken tenders and fries for my son. Most kids meals comes with 4 chicken tenders, there was only 2 small ones. Also ordered stuffed shells and meatballs. The meatballs were undercooked and a touch rare in the middle. Way overpriced for the quality of food received. Will not order from them again.

We use to love Luigi’s! They always went the extra mile and portions were huge. But now they have swung the other way. We use to get 18 scallops for $18.99; now you get 8 for 21.99! Everyone uses Covid and food prices hike as the excuse but this price hik and small portion size is extreme. We will not be back! Plus the stuffed chicken broccoli dinner is on the menu but not available and it had gone up $8. How ridiculous!!! Done with Luigi’s!

Love it here, eat here for years! my father had the load on the valley before and I would always eat here they treat me and my family like family every time when we go there they give them a great amount of eat they will definitely leave the place full and satisfied and the prices are very reasonable

Eating comfort, loved the delicate beautiful touch with salads. for someone who does not like italian routine, that was a nice surprise. I think they are very popular for pizza and I will have to try. waitress and waitress
