Emilia's Bakehouse - Syosset

Emilia's Bakehouse is truly incredible. I have been fortunate enough to enjoy their delicious treats at special occasions such as birthdays, gender reveal parties, and gifts for the Huntington Hospital delivery team. Throughout the eventful year of 2021, Emilia's was there every step of the way with their amazing flavors!

I tried the bretzel croissant sandwiches and they were both fantastic. My top pick was the oatmeal cookie. The location may be a bit out of the way, but it's definitely worth a visit. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating as we struggled to make a decision. I can't wait to return and try more of their baked goods!

Emilia's Bakehouse is top-notch! We tried it out for the first time last week and we were blown away. We were unsure of what cake to get for a birthday party as all the options looked amazing. The staff, especially Noel, was incredibly helpful and kind. We ended up getting a slice of four different cakes: carrot cake, blackout cake, strawberry shortcake, and chocolate mousse cake. They were all delicious and we couldn't wait to share them with our loved ones. In addition, the brownies and spelt croissants were also incredibly tasty. This bakery is a definite must-try!

Everything was really good! excellent quality, they can the butter and no waxy mouth of cheap shortcut--yes! we had the brezel croissants, tender and a bit chewing and I love that they were not salted! the cheesecake was so good, smooth and creamy and simply melts in the mouth delicious! the chocolate cake was the dream of a real chocolate lover, very rich and dazzling. the chocolate chip screen was excellent. I love a scones, but it's hard to find a good one, they're either hard like a rock or taste like karton. these scenarios were textbook perfect, crispy on the outside and delicate and flakey on the inside. they were not excessively sweet. a beautiful handful of chocolate chips and a generous bribe of sugar crystals made on the top for a big balance! I ate my coffee and licked my fingertip to collect the crumbs of my teller. high praise for it! can not wait to taste their other bakery, keep them the good work!

The desserts here are stunning! I wish I lived closer, because I'd be coming every day. Some of my friends live nearby, and every time I visit them they've bought so many goodies from here! Love them so much, and their cheesecake, strawberry shortcake, and chocolate cake are all- around favorites with anyone who tries it!
