Mcdonald's - Sylva

Food was good, but coffee tasted like sewer water. What ever happened to McD's coffee??

This location, Sylva, keeps getting worse over time. I waited 30 minutes for an ice cream cone. Went inside after some time and was ignored. When I order food it’s smothered in their rehydrated onions which I’ll ask not to be on my food. It’s better in the mornings but there’s still a long wait especially if you do curbside. I’ll gladly travel to Franklins Georgia road location which is the best and fastest location around or even waynesville which isn’t that good but at least I don’t have to wait too long.

I ordered 2 fudge sundaes with extra fudge, which I paid for but didn't receive. The young lady seemed really stressed at the drive through.

McDonald's in Sylva N.C has the worst service..3 different occasions they have gotten my orders wrong..they don't listen at the menu board..they need people who can understand what's being ordered and stop trying to promote the sausage, egg and cheese biscuit . McDonald's of Sylva N.C has one more chance. If my order is wrong again..i will never buy anything from any McDonald's in this country..PAY ATTENTION PEOPLE..THE PUBLIC IS TIRED OF POOR SERVICE.

Horrible customer service and there was never any employees present in the dining area except for the one employee who kept going to the bathroom during our 20+ minute wait for only chicken nuggets.
