Stanton Co - Sydney

We came to the tasting menu and were pleasantly surprised with the dressing. the oysters were delicious, juice and fresh. all dishes were very aesthetic and tasteful. I wish there were more seafood.

Stanton co is one of the restaurants in the parlour group and is located in the top floor of the cannery in rosebery. the fit has an industrial feeling about it with open brick, dark oak, open kitchen and a crisp well-stocked bar. the food is designed to share and it is modern Australian meets Japanese with some Spanish aromes. the signature dish is the 1,2k pork knuckle (picture) and it was not disappointed. it was perfectly boiled: the meat was tender and the crack was crisp. it was served with a pickled apple and a soybean that was quite addicted. the waiting staff is friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. I will definitely try some other dishes again.

The food was cooked perfectly and the atmosphere was lovely.

An excellent restaurant! Superb food and service. We went there last night for dinner without reservations and despite being full, they sorted us out with a table for two. A big shout out to Remy (I think he is the maitre d' whose attention to customer service is astounding. We will definitely be regulars here.
