Wagamama - Swindon

The service was great, and the place was bustling with customers. The staff were friendly and courteous, and when my partner was not satisfied with their starter, they promptly replaced it. My meal was delicious, making for a very enjoyable dining experience. Thank you!

I would like to say well done to all the staff in the Swindon branch. Nothing was too much trouble, due to a lemon,lime and orange allergy it can be difficult to be accommodated. I was advised what I could and couldn't have with no Huff's or puffs. Thank you for a fantastic meal. So if you have an unusual allergy this is the place to go, I know I'm not the only person out there with the same allergy.

Very nice ambience....the staff were very pleasant kind. The only down side is that the food is served as and when it's ready, so i had my ramen first then in the first 1/4 of my main course we were served our sides....which wasn't very satisfying as by then my Mrs. Still didn't get her mains, so she was just waiting. Overall the dining experience was just ok as the food quality was very nice.

As my first ramen experience, this dish was delish (pictured tantanmen beef brisket ramen). Will absolutely go back soon and order again. I give 4/5 stars because staff was extremely slow. You definitely need to have some patience when dining here, because nobody seems to care to be good servers. Otherwise, give it a try.

Menu has changed since we were there last, no lovely Korean food sadly. Fresh juice was wonderful, 4 different members of staff served us, not a fan of adding service charge on the bill. Scanning the code didn't work to pay the bill. Toilets were not a good place to be. Staff were friendly and happy to help, probably go again after covid.
