I would recommend agnieszki for any politur kitchen lovers! Many thanks for their gast friendship, understanding and for the beautiful lunch!
I have only ordered once so far, but feel compelled o post a review. This was a lovely change from heavily spiced or heavily industrialised food. This was cuisine similar to what I've had in people's homes, but of course to a higher standard of quality. Hearty, natural and quite delicate flavours, herby, fresh. I will certainly be back.
I tried Polish food for the first time in England and wanted to order some before I left the country-and let me tell you, the food here is the kind that makes you put everything else down and just be in bliss for awhile. Like some sort of religious awakening. I ordered the sour soup (which they were out of and replaced with a sour cucumber soup which I LOVED), the meatballs (Melone) with salad and mashed potatoes, and they threw in some homemade cake as they were out of the Zurek. I cannot describe to you just how good this was-you must experience it for yourself! My only regret is not having found this restaurant sooner. Thank you so much for making my last days here more memorable. If only you were in the States, too!
Agnieszkas is brilliant. The actual place is not much to look at, either inside or out and the service simple. The menu is small. But the food is superb. Great for portions, flavours of Poland. A must try are the pierogi and the surowki with your mains.
Amazing experience! Very nice polish food i really enjoyed, for sure we are coming back soon
